OCEAN REVERSI（以下「本アプリ」）の運営者は、本アプリを利用する際の情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. アカウントと認証

FirebaseのユーザーID（ゲスト用IDを含む）、登録したメールアドレス、メール確認状態を、ログイン、アカウント管理、購入権利の照合に利用します。パスワードは認証時にFirebase Authenticationへ送信され、プロフィールや対局データとして保存しません。

2. プロフィールとオンライン対戦

表示名、アバターの絵文字または利用者が選んだ画像、フレンドコード・関係、対戦の参加者・手順・勝敗・日時、レーティングを扱います。対戦、ランキング、フレンド機能の提供に利用します。プロフィール画像を設定すると、選んだ画像を加工して保存します。

表示名、アバター、レーティング、対戦結果等は、機能上必要な範囲で対戦相手、フレンド、ランキングを見る利用者に表示されます。メールアドレスや購入トークンを他のプレイヤー向けに表示する機能はありません。

3. 購入に関する情報

購入機能を利用する場合、商品ID、購入トークン、注文ID、購入・定期購入・返金の状態、有効期限を、Pro機能の提供、購入の復元、不正利用防止に利用します。Android版の決済はGoogle Playが処理します。Web版でStripeの購入機能を利用する場合は、Stripeの顧客IDと契約・決済状況も扱います。開発者のサーバーにはカード番号を保存しません。購入の可否と提供中のプランは各版の画面で案内します。

4. 端末内のデータ

設定、オフライン対局の棋譜、学習進捗等を端末内に保存します。端末の設定で本アプリのデータを消去すると、端末内データも削除されます。アプリのアンインストールだけでは、サーバー上のアカウントや定期購入は削除・解約されません。

5. お問い合わせと通信に伴う情報

お問い合わせの送信元メールアドレスと内容は、回答、本人確認、削除依頼への対応に利用します。サービス提供者が、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザー情報、通信・エラーログ等を、通信の提供、セキュリティ確保、不正防止や障害対応のために処理する場合があります。

本アプリのコードには広告配信や行動分析を目的とするSDKを組み込んでいません。連絡先一覧や正確な位置情報を取得する機能はありません。利用者自身が表示名・画像・お問い合わせに含めた個人情報は、上記の目的で扱います。

6. 外部サービスと共有

認証とオンライン機能にはGoogle Firebase（Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Cloud Functions）、Androidでの購入にはGoogle Playを使用します。StripeによるWeb決済を利用する場合はStripeを使用します。この案内ページはOpenAI Sitesで配信され、配信基盤が通信に必要な情報を処理します。情報はサービス提供に必要な範囲で委託先へ送信され、居住国以外で処理される場合があります。

情報を第三者へ販売しません。法令に基づく対応やサービスの安全確保のため、必要な範囲で情報を開示する場合があります。

7. 保存期間と安全管理

アカウント、プロフィール、オンライン対戦、購入権利の情報は、機能の提供に必要な間、または削除依頼への対応が完了するまで保存します。お問い合わせ内容は対応に必要な期間保存します。不要な情報は削除または個人と結び付かない形にします。

法令遵守、不正利用防止、会計または紛争対応のため保持が必要な情報は、その目的に必要な期間に限って保持する場合があります。削除依頼時には、削除する情報と保持が必要な情報がある場合の理由を案内します。決済事業者が保有する記録には、その事業者の保存方針が適用されます。

通信には暗号化された接続を使用し、認証やアクセス制御によって情報を保護します。パスワード、確認コード、カード番号をお問い合わせメールへ記載しないでください。

8. アカウント・データの削除依頼

アプリを再インストールせず、このページからOCEAN REVERSIのアカウントと関連するオンラインデータの削除を依頼できます。

登録に使ったメールアドレスから、zengei331@gmail.comへメールを送信してください。
件名を「OCEAN REVERSI アカウント・データ削除依頼」とし、アカウントと関連データの削除を希望する旨を記載してください。
運営者が本人確認後、アカウント、プロフィール・アバター、フレンド情報、オンライン対戦データ、運営者が保持する購入関連データの削除に対応します。対象の特定に追加情報が必要な場合は返信で案内します。

削除依頼メールを作成

メールアプリが開かない場合は、上記アドレスをコピーして普段使うメールサービスから送信できます。登録メールを使えない場合やゲスト利用の場合も、同じ窓口にご相談ください。パスワードや確認コードは送らないでください。

定期購入について：アカウント削除とGoogle Playの定期購入の解約は別の手続きです。月額プランを利用している場合は、Google Playの定期購入管理から解約してください。削除だけでは返金されません。端末内の棋譜・設定も消したい場合は、端末の設定から本アプリのデータを消去してください。保持が必要な情報の例外は「7. 保存期間と安全管理」をご覧ください。

9. 確認・訂正・その他のご相談

ご自身の情報の確認、訂正、削除、その他プライバシーに関するご相談は、上記窓口へご連絡ください。本人確認を行ったうえで対応します。お子様が利用する場合は、保護者と相談し、表示名や公開される画像に個人を特定できる情報を含めないようにしてください。

10. ポリシーの変更

情報の取り扱いを変更した場合は、このページの内容と最終更新日を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、必要に応じてアプリ内等でも案内します。

Information and purposes

We process Firebase user IDs (including guest IDs), registered email addresses and verification status for authentication, account management and purchase entitlement checks. Passwords are sent to Firebase Authentication for sign-in, not stored in profiles or match records.

Online features process display names, selected avatar images or emoji, friend codes and relationships, match participants, moves, results, dates and ratings. These support multiplayer, friends and leaderboards. Selected profile images are processed and stored. Public profile and gameplay information may be visible to other players; email addresses and purchase tokens are not displayed to them.

When purchases are used, product IDs, purchase tokens, order IDs, purchase/refund/subscription status and expiry dates are used for Pro access, restoration and fraud prevention. Google Play processes Android payments. Where Stripe web payments are offered and used, Stripe customer IDs and payment/subscription status are also processed. We do not store card numbers on the developer's server. Purchase availability is shown in each app version.

Support emails and their content are used to answer requests and verify ownership. Providers may process IP addresses, device/browser information and connection or error logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The app has no advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs and no feature for collecting contact lists or precise location. Information you voluntarily include in names, images or messages is processed for the purposes above.

Storage, providers and sharing

Offline game records, preferences and learning progress are stored on the device. Clearing the app's data removes local data. Uninstalling alone does not delete online accounts or cancel subscriptions.

We use Google Firebase, Google Play and, where web payments are used, Stripe. This page is hosted using OpenAI Sites. Providers receive data necessary to deliver their services, which may be processed outside your country. Their privacy policies are linked above. We do not sell personal information. Necessary disclosures may be made to comply with law or protect service security.

Retention and security

Account, profile, match and entitlement data are retained while needed for the service or until deletion requests are completed. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle requests. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Limited records may be kept as necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes; applicable exceptions are explained when handling deletion. Payment providers retain their own records under their policies. We use encrypted connections, authentication and access controls.

Delete your account and data

Email zengei331@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “OCEAN REVERSI account and data deletion request.” State that you want your account and related data deleted. No app reinstallation is required. After ownership verification, the operator handles deletion of the account, profile/avatar, friends, online match data and purchase-related data held by the operator, subject to the limited retention exceptions above. Guests and people without access to their registered email can contact the same address for help identifying the account. Never send passwords, verification codes or card numbers.

Account deletion does not cancel Google Play subscriptions or automatically issue refunds. Cancel a monthly plan separately in Google Play subscription settings. Clear the app's data on your device to remove local records and preferences.

Your requests and policy changes

Contact us for access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions; ownership verification may be required. Children should consult a parent or guardian and avoid identifying information in visible names and images. We update this page and its date when practices change and provide additional notice of significant changes where needed.
